Explore BECID’s study materials and practical resources on recognising and addressing gendered disinformation, available in English, Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian.

These study materials, developed from the BECID 2026 conference “Resilient Voices: Women & Disinformation,” explore how gendered disinformation works and how it can affect individuals and participation in public life. They examine the role of gender stereotypes, social media, emotionally charged narratives and AI-generated content, while providing practical guidance for recognising and responding to manipulative narratives.

Designed especially for galleries, libraries, archives and museums (GLAM), the materials include:
– practical questions,
– guidance,
– posters,
– an editable worksheet that can be used in collections, exhibitions, educational activities and public communication.
