Out of&nbsp;<strong>21 test reports<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 including hate speech, disinformation, and incitement to violence \u2013&nbsp;<strong>none<\/strong>&nbsp;led to platform action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">Telegram\u2019s reporting tool did not work, TikTok and Facebook replied with automated \u201cno violations found\u201d messages, and YouTube took no action even after a month. The only removal happened on Facebook, and the user wasn\u2019t informed. Platforms reacted only when contacted by authorities, revealing that user complaints carry little weight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-el wp-block-paragraph\">This gap in enforcement leaves Russian-speaking communities in the Baltics especially exposed, as many rely on social media for news following the ban on Kremlin-linked TV channels.
