Such as<br \/>\n\u201cnerds\u201d, \u201cweirdos\u201d, \u201crich kids\u201d, \u201ccountry kids\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Once a label spreads, people start believing it without questioning. It creates a strong\u00a0<strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">\u201cus vs them\u201d<\/mark><\/strong>\u00a0feeling and stops us from seeing people as individuals.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/td><td><div class=\"classic-editor\"><p><strong>\u201cI don\u2019t use fancy words \u2014 I just say it like it is!\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This technique is used to look ordinary, trustworthy, down-to-earth.<\/p>\n<p>The speaker avoids complicated explanations and presents themselves as\u00a0<strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">\u201cone of us\u201d<\/mark><\/strong>.\u00a0Experts and specialists may be made to look unnecessary or suspicious.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll often see this in influencer videos, in product reviews, in motivational talks.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/td><td><div class=\"classic-editor\"><p><strong>\u201cEven famous musicians use this product!\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Here, popularity is borrowed from celebrities, influencers, and even national symbols.<\/p>\n<p>The idea is simple:<br \/>\nif you like the famous person, maybe you\u2019ll like the product or message too.<\/p>\n<p>You see this a lot in advertising, social media, sponsorships, brand collaborations.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/td><\/tr><tr class=\"table-row table-row--section\"><th><div class=\"classic-editor\"><p>5. The \u201cIt\u2019s Just a Joke!\u201d Trick<\/p>\n<\/div><\/th><th><div class=\"classic-editor\"><p>6.
